Abstract
Předmětem diplomové práce "Rizika výstavbového projektu" je vytvoření rizikové analýzy projektu bytového komplexu Zátiší Rokytka. V teoretické části jsou definovány základní pojmy rizikové analýzy a metody rizikové analýzy. V praktické části je zpracována konkrétní riziková analýza. Jsou identifikována rizika projektu, jejich příčiny a možné dopady. Pomocí kvalitativní a kvantitativní analýzy jsou rizika ohodnocena a v závěru jsou navržena opatření pro jejich eliminaci.
The subject of diploma thesis "Risk analysis of construction project" is to create risk analysis for project of residential complex Zátiší Rokytka in Prague. The theoretical parts explains the basics concepts of risk analysis and its methods. The practical part deals with the specific risk analysis. The risks of the project are identified with its causes and possible impacts. The risks of the project are evaluated using the qualitative and quantitative analysis.
