Abstract
Cílem diplomové práce je navrhnout řešení pro dosažení účinnějšího chlazení enkapsulovaného autoskla. Teoretická část práce je zaměřena na technologii vstřikování plastů, technologii enkapsulace autoskla a na možnosti optimalizace chlazení. V praktické části jsou rozpracovány různé metody pro analýzu celého chladícího systému. Tyto metody jsou aplikovány pro analýzu daného systému s cílem zlepšení efektivity chlazení.
The aim of the master´s thesis is to suggest solutions for the achievement of a more effective cooling for encapsulation car-glass in injection moulds. The theoretic part of thesis puts focus on the technology of injection moulding, technology of encapsulation of car-glass and suggestions for the optimization of the cooling. In the practical part different methods for the analysis of the entire cooling system are developed. These methods are applied to the given cooling system in order to make suggestions how to improve its cooling efficiency.
