Aplikace vícekriteriálního rozhodování ve společnosti Piston Rings Komarov, s. r. o.

Abstract

Tématem bakalářské práce je aplikace metod vícekriteriálního rozhodování ve společnosti Piston Rings Komarov s.r.o. První teoretická část obsahuje úvod do problematiky manažerského rozhodování. Následuje pochopení rozhodovacího procesu a nástroje vícekriteriálního rozhodování. V analytické části je rozebrán problém ve společnosti a jeho postup řešení. Cílem je vytvoření pořadí hodnocených variant a doporučení té nejvýhodnější. Závěr práce se věnuje vybranému výsledku.The subject of this bachelor thesis is application of multiple-criteria decision analysis in the Piston Rings Komarov s.r.o. First theoretical part is an introduction to the managerial decision making followed by understanding of decision-making process and the multiple-criteria decision analysis. Analytic part discusses problem in the company and process of its solution. The goal is to set the right order of evaluated variants and recommend the best one. End of the thesis is devoted to the chosen variant.
