Abstract
Tato práce popisuje kolagen, jeho typy, strukturu, syntézu a vlastnosti. Dále se věnuje popisu toku materiálu při extruzi látky mezikruhovou geometrií a reologickým vlastnostem kolagenního materiálu. Čtenář je seznámen s druhy extruze a obecnou konstrukcí vytlačovacích strojů. Dohledány jsou hygienické zásady pro výrobu medicínských produktů. Na základě předešlé rešerše a komunikace s výrobci je proveden přehled možností konstrukce extrudérů pro vytlačování materiálů mezikruhovou štěrbinou s vnitřní matricí. Na závěr je doporučena konstrukce extrudéru pro medicínskou aplikaci.
This thesis describes collagen, its types, structure, synthesis and properties. It then focuses on the description of the flow of a material during extrusion through an annular slit and also on rheological properties of collagen. The reader is introduced to different types of extrusion and the general construction of extruders. Hygiene regulations for medical products are mentioned. Based on the research and communication with extrusion manufacturers an overview of construction options of an extruder with an annular slit for a material with a inner matrix is made. Finally, a construction for medical applications is recommended.
