Rodinný dům

Abstract

Zadáním bakalářské práce bylo navrhnout rodinný dům pro čtyřčlennou rodinu v obci Sýkořice uprostřed Chráněné krajinné oblasti Křivoklátsko. Součástí práce je i vypracování urbanistické studie a řešení parcelace celého pozemku. Podél přilehlé komunikace byly navrženy čtyři obdobné rodinné domy. Na základě tohoto návrhu byla zvolena jedna parcela, na které byl dále zpracován konkrétní návrh rodinného domu. Architektonické řešení domu vychází z tradiční vesnické zástavby a současně reflektuje prvky pasivních domů. Dům je hmotově i funkčně členěn na tři části: soukromou, společenskou a technickou. Jednotlivé hmoty jsou dále odlišeny počtem podlaží, orientací štítů a pojetím fasády.The subject of this bachelor thesis was to design a family house for a family of four in the village of Sýkořice in the middle of the Křivoklátsko protected landscape area. Part of the thesis is the elaboration of an urban study and the solution of the parcelation of the whole land. Along the adjacent road, four similar family houses were designed. Based on this design, one plot was selected and a specific design of the family house was further elaborated. The architectural design of the house is based on the traditional village architecture and reflects the elements of passive houses. The house is functionally divided into three parts: private, social and technical. The individual parts are further divided according to the number of floors, the orientation of the gables and the conception of the facade.
