Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské práce je architektonický návrh rodinného domu včetně částečného stavebního řešení v rozsahu dokumentace pro stavební řízení. Rodinný dům pro čtyřčlennou rodinu se nachází v obci Sýkořice, přibližně 25 km západně od Prahy. Sýkořice jsou součástí CHKO Křivoklátsko. Řešená parcela se nachází na nejvyšším místě Sýkořic a v současnosti je využívána jako zemědělská půda. V územním plánu je vymezen zastavovací pruh o šířce 30 m pro novou výstavbu rodinných domů. Na přání Správy CHKO Křivoklátsko má být prověřeno řešení rodinného domu v pasivním standardu dle doporučení pro výstavbu v CHKO. Návrh je tedy proveden tak, aby byly splněny nároky blížící se "nulovému domu", alternativně pasivnímu domu, s možností využívání obnovitelných zdrojů energie.The subject of the bachelor thesis is the architectural design of a family house including a partial building solution, which consists in documentation for building permit process. Family house for a four-member family is located in the village of Sýkořice, about 25 km on the west from Prague. Sýkořice is part of the Protected Landscape Area Křivoklátsko. The plot is situated at the highest point of Sýkořice and is currently used as agricultural land. The territorial plan defines a 30m-wide strip determined for housing development of new family houses. On the request of the Administration of the Protected Landscape Area of Křivoklátsko, the new building development should consist of family house built in passive standard according to the recommendation for construction in the PLA. Therefore, the proposal is designed to meet the requirements of a "zero-energy building", or a passive house, with the possibility of using renewable energy sources.
