Abstract

Obsahem bakalářské práce je tvorba architektonické studie a vybraná část projektu ve stupni dokumentace pro stavební povolení. Místo stavby bylo zvoleno nedaleko Rakovníku v obci Sýkořice. Součástí práce byla základní urbanistická studie lokality. Zvolený pozemek je spíše rovinatý a je umístěn v okrajové části obce. Cílem práce bylo vytvořit vesnické a zároveň moderní bydlení poskytující rodinné zázemí, dostatek soukromí pro obyvatele a ničím nerušený výhled do rozlehlé krajiny. Rodinný dům je navržen tak, aby zapadal do vesnické zástavby a svým šetrným a energeticky úsporným řešením podpořil stále více se rozvíjející povědomí o ochraně přírodních zdrojů.The content of the bachelor thesis is an architectural study and a selected part of the project in the documentation-stage in order to receive the building permission. The construction site was chosen near Rakovnik in the village of Sýkořice. A part of the thesis was a basic urban study of the locality. The selected building site is rather flat and located at the edge of the village. The aim of the thesis was to create a rural and modern housing providing all important family facilities, sufficient privacy for the residents and a nice view of the landscape. The family house is designed to fit into the countryside area and supports the growing awareness of the conservation of natural resources with its friendly and energy-saving solution.
