Abstract
Tato práce se zabývá procesem vstřikování plastových kompozitů a vlivem nastavení vstřikovacího stroje na mechanické vlastnosti výrobků. Obsahem teoretické části je popis polymerních materiálů, výrobních strojů, vstřikovacího procesu a vlivu technologických parametrů na kvalitu a mechanické vlastnosti výrobků z materiálu PA 6 a PA 66 včetně plniva. Praktická část je věnována optimálnímu nastavení stroje pro vstřikování polyamidní směsi a jeho vlivu na mechanické vlastnosti zkušebních tělísek.
This thesis deals with the process of plastic composite injection and effect of technological parameters on a quality and mechanical properties of the products. Theoretical part consists of an introduction to polymer materials, description of an injection molding machine, description of an injection process and effect of technological parameters on a quality and mechanical properties of products made from material PA 6 and PA 66 including additives. The practical part is focused on optimal settings of the injection molding machine for injecting polyamid blend and its effect on mechanical properties of the test specimens.
