Optimalizace výrobního procesu vstřikování plastů

Abstract

Práca je zameraná na technológiu vstrekovania plastov, proces vstrekovania a vplyv technologických parametrov na kvalitu a mechanické vlastnosti výrobku. Teoretická časť obsahuje úvod do polymérov, popis vstrekovacieho stroja, popis technologického procesu a prehľad základných technologických parametrov. Praktická časť je zameraná na vyhodnotenie vplyvu vstrekovacieho tlaku a dotlaku na kvalitu a mechanické vlastnosti skúšobných teliesok.The thesis is focused on a technology of plastic injection moulding, an injection process and an effect of technological parameters on a quality and mechanical properties of the product. Theoretical part includes an introduction to polymers, description of an injection moulding machine, description of the technological process and review of the main technological parameters. Practical part is focused on an evaluation of the effect of an injection pressure and a packing pressure on the quality and mechanical properties of the test specimens.
