Rekonstrukce historických staveb a jejich ocenění

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá oceňováním rekonstrukcí historických budov, především památek. V práci jsou popsány situace typické pro takovéto rekonstrukce, jako provádění restaurátorských prací, problematika povolení zásahu na kulturní památce a ztížené podmínky pro ocenění samotných prací. Dále si práce dala za cíl zjistit, zda je možné ve fázi rozhodování o investici zjistit výše nákladů na rekonstrukci historických budov pomocí upravených ukazatelových cen.Bachelor thesis deals with valuation of the reconstruction of the historical buildings, primarily cultural built heritage. It describes situations typical for such a reconstruction as are performing restoration works, problematics of authorization for intervention in cultural built heritage and difficult conditions for valuation of the works themselves. Furthermore thesis aimed to find out whether it is possible to determine the amount of reconstruction costs of the historical buildings at the investment decision-making stage using adjusted indicator prices.
