Abstract
Tato práce je zaměřená na syntézu extrahentů, především diglykolamidů, kovalentně vázaných na polyakrylonitrilovou (PAN) matrici. V teoretické části jsou rozebrány nejprve možnosti přípravy amidů spolu s návrhem nového způsobu syntézy diglykolamidů. Dále je teoretická část zaměřená na přípravu extrahentů kovalentně vázaných na nejrůznější chromatografické matrice a možnosti modifikace PAN matrice a zakotvení diglykolamidů na tuto matrici.
This thesis focuses on the synthesis of extraction agents, especially diglycolamides, covalently bonded on polyacrylonitrile (PAN) matrix. The theoretical part is devoted to the synthesis of amides together with the proposal of a new way of synthesis of diglycolamides and the synthesis of extraction agents covalently bonded on various chromatographic matrices and possibilities of modification of PAN matrix and anchoring of diglycolamides to this matrix.
