Abstract
Diplomová práca sa zaoberá implementáciou výrobného informačného systému (MES) PHARIS v prostredí výrobného podniku Rama Bohemia. Cieľom práce je stanoviť a overiť hypotézy a popísať výrobný proces konkrétneho dielu pred a po zavedení MES, ako aj proces zavedenia systému MES v reálnych podmienkach výrobného podniku. Na základe porovnania skúmaných časových úsekov analyzuje a vyhodnocuje ekonomický a procesný prínos tohto systému pre túto spoločnosť.
The master thesis is focusing on implementation of manufacturing execution system (MES) PHARIS in the conditions of manufacturing company Rama Bohemia. The aim of the thesis is to set and verify hypothesis and explain a manufacturing process of a concrete part before and after the MES implementation, and also to explain the process of MES implementation in the real conditions of manufacturing company. Based on the comparison of examined time frames, the thesis analyses and evaluates economical and process benefit of this system for Rama Bohemia.
