Sledování vybraných vlastností elektricky vodivých lepidel

Abstract

Teoretická část této bakalářské práce se zaměřuje na základní popis elektricky vodivých lepidel. Zejména se zaměřuje na jejich složení, použití a nanášecí metody. Praktická část této práce popisuje přípravu měřených vzorků, měření jejich elektrického odporu a nelinearity volt-ampérové charakteristiky. Po klimatickém stárnutí vybraných vzorků následuje další měření elektrického odporu a nelinearity volt-ampérové charakteristiky. Ke konci práce jsou i nastíněny náklady experimentální úlohy ve velkovýrobním měřítku. Ke konci práce je zhodnocení změřených hodnot a závěr z nich vyplývající.Theoretical part of this bachelor's thesis deals with a basic description of electrically conductive adhesives. It is mainly focused on its composition, usage and methods of application. Practical part of this thesis describes a preparation of tested samples, measuring their electrical resistance and nonlinearity of the volt-ampere characteristics. After climate ageing chosen samples, follows another measuring of electrical resistance and nonlinearity of the volt-ampere characteristics. At the end of the thesis are outlined overall costs of the experimental part on a mass production scale. At the end of the thesis is an evaluation and conclusion of previously measured values.
