Hodnocení BMS systémů

Abstract

Tato práce se zabývá popisem funkcí nejpoužívanějších systémů pro BMS u lithiových baterií, jejich porovnáním a návrhem aktivního balancéru. Práce v úvodu definuje jednotlivé systémové části u nejpoužívanějších BMS pro lithiové baterie.Následně je v praktické části popsán návrh modulu aktivního balancování, kde jsou popsány jednotlivé kroky návrhu. V závěru praktické části jsou zobrazeny průběhy veličin modulu aktivního balancování a popis možných zlepšení. Předposlední kapitola zobrazuje průběhy napětí a SOC během balancování při různých podmínkách. Závěr práce se zabývá porovnáním pasivních a aktivních balancujícíh systémů jak z hlediska energetického, tak z hlediska ekonomického.This thesis deals with the description of the most frequently used BMS for lithium batteries, their comparison and the design of the active balancer. The work defines introduction the individual system parts of the most commonly used BMS for lithium batteries. Subsequently, the practical part describes the design active balancing of the module, where the individual design steps are described. At the end of the practical sections, the waveforms of the active module balancer and the possible improvements are displayed. The penultimate chapter displays voltage time dependencies and state of charge during balancing under different conditions. The conclusion of the thesis deals with the comparison of passive and active balancing systems from energetic and economic point of view.
