Abstract
Hlavním cílem práce bylo posoudit ekonomickou efektivnost plánované unifikace městského kabelového rozvodu 10 kV v Nové Pace na hladinu 35 kV, na které je v současnosti napájeno okolí města. První kapitola shrnuje teoretické znalosti nutné pro návrh sítí VN. Jsou zde popsány elektrické vlastnosti vedení, výpočty vedení, ztráty a dimenzování vodičů. Druhá kapitola je věnována všeobecným zásadám při návrhu sítí VN. Jsou zde podrobněji popsány jednotlivé prvky rozvodů VN: vedení, trafostanice, distribuční transformátory a rozvaděče. Zároveň je zde uvedeno doporučené maximální zatížení nových prvků podle standardů ČEZ Distribuce, a.s. Důvody a přínosy unifikace diskutuje třetí kapitola. Ve čtvrté kapitole je analýza současného stavu městského rozvodu 10 kV spolu s analýzou rozvojového potenciálu města Nová Paka. Pátá kapitola shrnuje možnosti obnovy a rozvoje městského kabelového rozvodu VN v Nové Pace. Doporučené varianty jsou potom podrobněji vyhodnoceny v následující kapitole pomocí kritéria NPV. I bez zahrnutí těžko ocenitelných výhod unifikace vychází tato varianta nejvýhodněji, proto ji doporučuji k realizaci.
The main goal of this thesis was to evaluate the economic efectivness of the planned unification of distribution network in Nová Paka, the change of voltage from 10 kV to 35 kV, which is the level used for supplying the surrounding area. The first chapter summarizes the theoretical knowledge necessary for HV network design, describes electrical parameters of HV lines, calculations, losses and dimensioning HV lines. The second chapter is dedicated to general principles when designing HV network. It describes induvidual components of HV distribution system: lines, transformer stations, transformers and switchboards. It also gives the standards for maximum load of new component used in company ČEZ Distribuce, a.s. Reasons and gains of the unification are discussed in the third chapter. In the fourth chapter is analysed the current state of the HV distribution network in Nová Paka and also the development potencial of the town. The fifth chapter summarizes the options of HV system recovery and developement. Recommended options are more precisely evaluated in the next chapter using the NPV criterion. Even without the inclusion of hardly ratable benefits of the unification this variant wins, therefore I recommend the unification of HV distribution network in Nová Paka to take place.
