K bezproblémové realizaci optimalizací přípravných a realizačních procesů

Abstract

V této diplomové práci (dále jen "DP") se autor zaměřil na výstavbový proces velkých projektů. Konkrétně práci aplikoval na projekt "Celková přestavba a rozšíření ÚČOV Praha na Císařském ostrově" Nejprve si kladl za cíl popsat historii původní čistírny odpadních vod v Praze a zároveň sepsat důležité údaje k nové vodní lince. Práce byla dále zaměřena na aktuální průběh výstavbových procesů na stavbě a k nim autor navrhnul opatření pro příští velké projekty. Na tato opatření navazuje poslední část diplomové práce. V té si dal autor za cíl pomocí BIM modelu stavby nahlédnout právě na usnadnění pro příští stavby. Popisuje zde jednotlivé disciplíny stavby a pomocí BIM modelu ukazuje, jak by se dal v které oblasti využít.The author focused this thesis on the process of construction of big projects. Specifically is the thesis applied to the project "Complete reconstruction and extension of the Central Wastewater Treatment Plant Prague on Císařský Ostrov". Firstly he set his goal to describe the history of the original wastewater treatment plant in Prague and to write down the important data about the new water line. The thesis was later on focused on the current course of the building processes at the site and to them, the author proposed measures for next big projects. The last part of the thesis follows up these measures. There the author set his goal with the help of BIM model of the construction to look into facilitation for next constructions. He describes here the disciplines of the construction and with the help of BIM model shows, how to use it in various parts.
