Abstract

Oblast Dolní Libně je dnes na hraně intenzivní přeměny z vnitřní periferie na městské subcentrum. Zároveň je v paralýze z množství nejasných souvislostí a vazeb, nečitelné urbánní struktury a nepředvídatelného vývoje. Fyzická neexistence přirozeného těžiště, uzlového bodu křižovatky Palmovka, podporuje urbanistickou svébytnost navazujících rozvojových ploch. S její výstavbou se nepočítá. Bez centra se buduje periferie. Navrhuji alternativní postup. Navrhuji centrum vystavět. Křižovatku označuji za další a to prioritní rozvojovou plochu.The area of Dolní Libeň, finds itself on the edge of an intensive transition from an internal periphery into a city's subcentre. At the same time it's in a paralysis by the amount of unclear coherence, connections, illegible urban farbric and unpredictable development. The physical absence of a natural centre, the nodal point of the intersection Palmovka, encourages an urbanistic peculiarity of an adjacent developing areas. Its own construction is excluded from any future schemes. Without a centre, a periphery is being constructed. Let's assume an alternative approach.
