Abstract
Práce se zabývá konstrukčním návrhem vstřikovací jednotky plně hydraulického lisu se zaměřením na výpočet operačních parametrů procesu dle zadaných hodnot a hlavně na konstrukci šneku a jeho pevnostní výpočty. Práce obsahuje literární rešerši zabývající se procesem vstřikovací jednotky, šneku s ohledem na volbu tvaru šneku, materiálu šneku a jeho povrchových úpravách. Součástí práce je výkresová dokumentace obsahující sestavu vstřikovací jednotky a výrobní výkres šneku dle požadavku zadané práce.
This thesis deal with construction design of injection molding unit. Main focus is on the calculation of process parameters according to set values, construction of extruder's screw and computing of its strength parameters. First part of this thesis contains basic literature search of an injection process, screws and differences between theirs construction and applications, its material and possibilities of surface finishes. Second part contains calculation and design of extruder's screw and technical documentation of the screw and injection unit.
