Krizové řízení reintegračních programů při mimořádných situacích

Abstract

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena naproblematiku krizového řízení reintegračních programů při mimořádných situacích. Pod pojmem "mimořádné situace" práce chápezejména některá neavizovaná politická rozhodnutí (např. Amnestie zroku 1990 a 2013) či živelné katastrofy, jakými jsou například povodně, opakovaně postihující ČR. Ve všech případech se jedná o faktory, objektivně omezující možnosti reintegračních programů. Cílem práce pak jepojmenovat největší možná rizika a hlavně alespoň ukázat na možné cesty kjejich řešení. Práce jepřitom zaměřena zejména na řešení těchto problémů zoblasti manažerského řízení, ale zákonitě bude obsahovat i několik slov ktématu strategie organizace. Praktická část bakalářské práce je zaměřena na popis toho, jak se nezisková organizace CPPP o.p.s., provádějící reintegraci odsouzených, vyrovnala sprezidentskou amnestií zledna 2013.The Bachelor thesis focuses on crisis management of reintegrational programs incases of emergency. "Case of emergency" means particularly some political decisions, which are unannounced (The Presidentional Amnesty in 1990 and 2013 can be considered as an example), or natural disasters like floods, which the Czech Republic has been affected by repeatedly. In all cases there are factors that objectively restrict possibilities of reintegrational programs. The goal of the thesis is to name out the biggest possible risks, and to show the ways leading to the solution. The thesis particularly focuses on the solutions of problems in the field of management, and deals with the strategy of the NOG at the same time. The practical part of the thesis describes how CPPP, o.p.s., the NGO, dealt with the rehabilitation of convicted in connection with the Presidential Amnesty in January2013.
