Urbanistická studie obce Lom

Abstract

Diplomová práce je věnována návrhu koncepce rozvoje obce Lom. Práce je rozdělená do čtyř ucelených kapitol. První z nich se zabývá rozborem území dle vlastních průzkumů a poznatků, na jejichž základě byl sepsán "Návrh zadání územního plánu" v kapitole druhé. Další dvě kapitoly jsou věnovány samotnému návrhu koncepce, a to ve vybraném rozsahu obsahu územního plánu - část výroková a odůvodnění. Veškeré návrhy urbanistické studie byly provedeny dle existujících aktuálních dokumentů a osobních zkušeností a znalosti řešené lokality - vše v souladu s legislativou územního plánování a metodickými pokyny. Tato práce je podkladem pro tvorbu nového územního plánu obce Lom, jako jedno z možných řešení.The diploma thesis is focused on the concept of the development of the village of Lom. The thesis is divided into four complete chapters. The first one deals with the analysis of the area according to its own surveys and findings, on which basis was the "Design of the territorial plan" written in the second chapter. The next two chapters are devoted to the draft concept itself, in the selected extent of the content of the territorial plan. All designs of the urban planning study were carried out according to existing actual documents and personal experience and knowledge of the site, all in accordance with the land - use planning legislation and methodological guidelines. This work is the basis for the creation of a new territorial plan of the municipality of Lom as one of the possible solutions.
