Finanční plánování stavební zakázky z pohledu dodavatele

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou finančního plánování stavebních zakázek z pohledu dodavatele. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část práce je věnována stavebním zakázkám a jejich rozdělením dle typů zadavatelů. Dále je popsán životní cyklus stavebního díla a jeho fáze. Soustřeďuje se na typy zdrojů financování, dále se pak věnuje specifikům finančního plánování stavební zakázky a popisuje jednotlivé procesy průběhu zakázky ve stavební společnosti. V praktické části jsou poznatky z teoretické části aplikovány na konkrétním příkladu již realizovaného projektu. V této části je sestaven plán peněžních toků stavební zakázky. Finanční plán konkrétního projektu je demonstrován na dvou způsobech plánování a financování.This thesis deals with the problematic of financial planning of construction orders from a contractor point of view. This thesis is divided into the theoretical and practical part. Theoretical part is devoted to building orders and their distribution according to the types of contract owners. The life cycle of the building and its phases are described. It focuses on the types of financing sources, then deals with the specifics of the financial planning of the construction order and describes the individual processes of the order in the construction company. Practical part of the thesis applies the findings of the theoretical part onto specific already realized project. In this part, a cash flow plan for the construction order is drawn up. The financial plan of this particular project is demonstrated in two possible ways of planning and financing.
