Systém péče o zaměstnance v podniku

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o problematice motivace a péče o zaměstnance ve společnosti. Obecným cílem práce je popis teoretických poznatků, dílčím cílem práce je popis systému motivace a péče o zaměstnance ve vybraném podniku a zjištění spokojenosti zaměstnanců s tímto systémem. Teoretická část se zabývá definicí základních pojmů týkajících se řízení lidských zdrojů, motivace, systému péče o zaměstnance a jeho dílčími kroky. Na základě teoretických poznatků byla v praktické části provedena analýza současného stavu péče o zaměstnance za pomoci rozhovoru s manažerem společnosti XY, dále byl proveden kvantitativní výzkum ve formě dotazníkového šetření. Cílem výzkumu bylo zjistit, zda jsou zaměstnanci se současným systémem spokojeni, jestli má nějaké nedostatky a navrhnout případná zlepšení.This bachelor thesis is about motivation and care for employees in the copany. The main objective goal of this work is to describe theoretical findings, sub-objective of the work is a description of motivation and care for employees in the chosen company and determination to determine the level of employee satisfaction with the system. The theoretical part is addressing the definition of basic concepts related to human resources management, motivation, employee care system and its individual steps. An analysis of the current caring sysstem for employees in the selected company which has been carried out in the practical part, was based on the research and knowledge discussed in the practical part of this work, with help of an interview with provided by the manager of the company XY. The goal of the research is to determine if the employees are satisfied with the current system, to find the deficiencies and suggest possible improvement.
