Řízení výroby prvků internetu věcí

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá řízením výroby prvků internetu věcí na příkladu firmy Byzance. Druhá kapitola po vlastním úvodu popisuje obecně internet věcí, jeho historii, úskalí a jeho vztah k celému průmyslu. Třetí kapitola představuje skutečnou firmu internetu věcí jako takovou, společnost Byzance. Analyzuje její cíle, klíčové procesy a další vnitřní i vnější faktory, které na ni působí. Čtvrtá kapitola rozebírá samotné řešení firmy Byzance od tzv. cloudu až po modulární hardware. Pátá kapitola navrhuje systém řízení výroby pro firmu Byzance na základě provedených analýz a z nich vyplývající obchodní strategii. Výsledný návrh je v této kapitole ekonomicky zhodnocen a uveden do praxe.This diploma is mainly focused on the production management of elements for the Internet of Things in the company Byzance. The second chapter after the introduction describes the Internet of Things, its history, pitfalls and its relationship to the whole industry. The third chapter presents a real Internet of Things company called Byzance. It analyses its objectives, key processes and other internal and external factors that influence the company. The fourth chapter discusses the Byzance's own solution from the so-called Cloud to the modular hardware. The fifth chapter proposes a production management system for the Byzance company based on the performed analyses and the resulting business strategy. The business case is economically evaluated in this chapter and put into practice.
