The aim of the thesis was to prove the hypothesis, that the amplitude of the sway of the supporting force is correlated with the movement of the head. Measurements in a static posturography as Romberg test with open and closed eyes, using a helmet with gyro-accelerometer sensors and two balance boards, on a set of 17 probands were performed. An almost linear dependence of movement area of the center of gravity with open and closed eyes has been found. No correlation between the data from the gyro-accelerometers sensors and the data from balance boards was found. However, center of gravity displacements and head movements analysis suggests a possible link between data, because variations are consistently largest in anterior-posterior direction.
