Nové způsoby financování zdravotnické techniky

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá specifickými modely financování, tj. Impact Financing, konkrétně metodami Social Impact Bond a Impact Investing, které jsou ve světě běžně aplikovány, nicméně v podmínkách České republiky o nich nejsou patrné diskuse. Hlavním cílem práce bylo blíže analyzovat tyto metody, popsat jejich principy a postupy, ilustrovat je pomocí procesních map a především poukázat na možnosti využití v ČR. Součástí práce je analýza jejich aplikací v oblasti financování zdravotnické techniky, zejména v oblasti asistivních technologií v domácí péči. V závěru práce je navrhnut model pro efektivní financování domácí umělé plicní ventilace a to v oblasti přístrojů (plicních ventilátorů) a domácí ošetřovatelské péče (sestry). Studie je doplněna výpočtem citlivostní analýzy a dále je vypočtena doba návratnosti investice.This thesis deals with specific models of financing, i.e. Impact financing, more specifically with methods called Social Impact Bond and Impact Investing which are being used around the world, however in the conditions of Czech Republic there is very little discussion. Main aim of the thesis was to closely analyze those methods, describe its principles and procedures, ilustrate them using process maps and more importantly refer to the possible use in Czech Republic. Component part is to analyse its aplication in the area of financing medical equipment, particularly in assistive technology in home care. In the end of the thesis a model for effective financing of home artificial pulmonary ventilation in the area of equipment (pulmonary ventilation) and home nursing care (nurse) is proposed. Study is accompanied with calculation of sensitivity analysis as well as the return on investment.
