Specifika ošetřovatelské péče o pacienta v hypoglykemickém kómatu

Abstract

Bakalářská práce popisuje problematiku a komplikace Diabetes Mellitus. V teoretické části se zabývá anatomií a fyziologií slinivky břišní. Dále pak etiologií, klasifikací, klinickými příznaky a léčebnými postupy tohoto onemocnění. V závěru teoretické části je dbán důraz na akutní komplikace. Praktická část obsahuje hodnocení dvou vybraných pacientů z pohledu modelu Funkčního zdraví Marjory Gordonové, který se zabývá uspokojováním potřeb nemocného. Nedílnou součástí praktické části je stanovení ošetřovatelských diagnóz.This Bachelor?s thesis describes the problems and complications of diabetes mellitus. In the theoretical part, it focuses on the anatomy and physiology of the pancreas. Further, it discusses the etiology, classification, clinical symptoms and treatments of this disease. In the end of the theoretical part, special emphasis is laid on acute complications. The practical part contains an evaluation of two selected patients using the Marjory Gordon?s Functional Health Pattern Model, which addresses the satisfaction of the patient?s needs. Determination of the nursing diagnoses is an integral part of the practical section.
