Komplexní rehabilitace po popáleninovém traumatu

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na komplexní rehabilitaci po popáleninovém traumatu. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část se zabývá anatomií a fyziologií kůže, definicí popálenin a jejich patologií, metodami léčby s důrazem na léčebnou rehabilitaci a její specifika při péči o popálené pacienty. Dále zahrnuje metodiku práce, při níž byly využity vyšetřovací metody a fyzioterapeutické postupy osvojené během studia fyzioterapie na FBMI ČVUT. Praktická část zahrnuje dvě kazuistiky - anamnézu, vstupní a výstupní kineziologický rozbor, průběh terapie a zhodnocení efektu aplikované terapie. V diskuzi bude provedena komparace dat s výsledky autorů zabývajících se popáleninovým traumatem a budou zhodnoceny využité metody a cíle práce.This balchor thesis is focused on comprehensive rehabilitation after burn injury. The thesis is diveded to two parts, the teoretical part and the practical part. The teoretical part containes anatomy and physiology of skin, definition and pathology burns and methods of burn treatment with an emphasis on physical rehabilitation. Further there will be written about a methodology which contains physiotherapeutic and examination procedures and techniques which I learned during the studies of physiotherapy at FBMI ČVUT. The practical part includes two case studies - anamnesis, input and output kinesiology analysis, the process of therapy and evaluation the effect of applied therapy. In discussion I compare my data with the results of the authors writing about burn injury and the evaluation of used procedures and techniques with the goals of the thesis.
