Simulace tříúrovňového DC-DC měniče se spínáním v nule napětí

Abstract

Tato práce se zabývá problematikou měkkého spínání u kvazirezonančních měničů. Teoretický rozbor vysvětluje důvody jeho užití ve spínaných zdrojích i metody, kterými je měkkého spínání dosaženo. Tyto metody jsou dále aplikovány na topologii tříúrovňového měniče. Protože analýza podobných obvodů je složitá, je tato práce dále doplněna o počítačovou simulaci, nejprve ideálního obvodu vycházející z teoretických předpokladů, později obvodu s modelem reálného spínače společně s jeho parazitními vlastnostmi. Výsledky těchto simulací jsou porovnány se skutečným měničem.This thesis deals with issues of soft switching in quasi-resonant converters. The theoretical analysis explains the reasons for its use in switching power supplies and the methods thanks to which the process of the soft switching is acquired. These methods are further applied to the topology of a three-level converter. Due to the difficulty of such circuits´ analysis, this work is supplemented with a computer simulation, firstly of an ideal circuit based on theoretical assumptions, then of a circuit with a model of a real switcher together with its parasitic qualities. The results of these simulations are compared to a real converter.
