Význam etiky v práci manažera, příklad společnosti Finio a.s.

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá manažerskými funkcemi, rolemi a činnostmi, které jsou aplikovány v podniku. Manažerské funkce jsou důležitou součástí managementu a jejich kvalita se odráží na úspěšnosti podnikání. Hlavním cílem bakalářské práce je vymezení manažerské práce spolu s etikou, etickým kodexem a vlivem na chod celého podniku. Nejen etika u manažera, ale v celém podniku je dnes široce probírané téma. Praktická část je zaměřena na etiku a etický kodex společnosti Finio a.s., zde jsem se zaměřil na etické chování zaměstnanců, které jsem zkoumal pomocí dotazníkového šetření a interview s manažery společnosti. Cílem tohoto šetření bylo najít slabá místa v etickém chování zaměstnanců nebo manažerů a vyhodnotit, jaké změny jsou potřeba k zefektivnění situace.Bachelor thesis entails managerial functions, roles, and duties which are used for a business. Managerial functions are an important part of management and its quality reflects the success of the business. The main goal of baccalaureate work is to define managerial work together with ethics, ethical code, and the influence for the entire business. Not only the ethics of the manager but also the ethics of the whole business is a widely discussed subject. The practical part is focused on ethics and the ethical code of the company Finio Plc., here I focused on the ethical behavior of the employees which I evaluated using a questionnaire and interview with the business managers. The focus of this survey was to find weak parts in the ethical behavior of the employees or managers and evaluate what type of changes are needed to streamline the situation.
