Vady a rizika při výstavbě montovaných dřevostaveb

Abstract

V této bakalářské práci se autor zabývá vadami a riziky vznikajícími při výstavbě montovaných dřevostaveb metodou Two by Four. Autor analyzuje všechny technologické etapy výstavby, které jsou klíčové pro realizaci a během kterých může ze strany stavebníka docházet k chybám a ukazuje tyto chyby a vhodná řešení na konkrétním objektu. Tato práce rovněž obsahuje návrh technologického řešení stavebně fyzikální problematiky zateplení konkrétního objektu. Tyto návrhy jsou následně posouzeny z hlediska technického a finančního. Předmětem této práce je také řešení problematiky výběru vhodného stavebního materiálu a jeho ochrany a následného vyhodnocení ztrátovosti řeziva vlivem realizace.In this bachelor thesis, the author deals with defects and risks arising during construction of prefabricated wooden structures by the Two by Four method. The author analyzes all technological phases of constructing, which are key for the realization, and during which mistakes caused by contractor can be made, and shows these mistakes and appropriate solutions on particular building. This thesis also contains technological solution design of the building physics issues of ETICS on specific building. These designs are then assessed from technical and financial point of view. This thesis is also dealing with the selection issues of the suitable building material and its protection against external influences and following evaluation of the loss rate of timber caused by realization.
