Forma zástavby a její vliv na hustotu obyvatel a kvalitu obytného území

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou forem zástaveb a jejich vlivu na hustotu sídel. V teoretické části popisuje typy zástavby, soustřeďuje se na intenzivní. Zdůrazňuje problém suburbanizace a záboru zemědělské půdy vlivem výstavby. Zabývá se otázkou funkce zahrady rodinného domu v moderní společnosti, dotýká se fenoménu zahrádkaření, uvádí kategorie obytné hustoty. V analytické části srovnává jednotlivé formy zástavby, jak bytovými, tak rodinnými domy. V návrhové části se snaží díky poznatkům z teoretické a analytické části dojít na identickém území k šesti různým řešením zastavovacího plánu. V závěru srovnává těchto šest variant pomocí sumarizace bytových jednotek, výměry parcel dalších sledovaných veličin.This diploma project deals with analysis of the development forms and their effect on settlements' density. The theoretical part describes the types of development, focusing on the intensive ones. It defines the problem of suburbanization and taking up agricultural land caused by the development. It considers the garden function in modern society, touching the phenomenon of gardening and it presents the category of residential density. In the analytical part, different forms of residential and family houses' development are compared. The design part is trying to make use of the knowledge of the theoretical and analytical part to find a solution of development layout on identical territory in six different options. In conclusion it compares these three varieties using summarization of housing units, areas of plots and other monitored parameters.
