Průzkum a návrh rekonstrukce bytového domu v sídlišti Solidarita

Abstract

Práce se zabývá stavebně technickým průzkumem bytového domu na sídlišti Solidarita. Cílem je zhodnotit stavebně technický stav jednotlivých konstrukcí, provést analýzu příčin a návrh vhodných sanačních opatření. V první části jsou stručně shrnuty historické souvislosti s tehdejší technologií provádění objektu a jeho výstavbou. Nejobsáhlejší část práce pak tvoří průzkum bytového domu, popis jednotlivých konstrukcí, jejich vad a poruch a příčinu jejich vzniku. Následující dvě kapitoly se věnují tepelně technickému posouzení obvodového pláště a statickému posouzení nosných konstrukcí. Závěrečná část shrnuje návrh všech potřebných sanací. Práce je doplněna zjednodušenou výkresovou dokumentací stávajícího stavu a nového stavu se zakreslením navržených prací.This paper deals with technical and structural survey of residential house on the estate Solidarity. The purpose is to evaluate the technical condition of individual constructions, to analyze the causes and design of appropriate remedial measures. The first section briefly summarizes the historical context of technological implementation and construction of the building. The main part of the paper consists of a technical exploration of residential house, description of the structures, their faults and failures and their origins. The next two chapters deal with the thermal envelope of technical assessment as well as the assessment of the static load-bearing structures. The final section summarizes the design of all the required rehabilitation and their descriptions. The paper is complemented by simplified drawings of the current status and a new status of the building with the marking of all proposed remediations.
