Integrita povrchu po dokončovacích zpevňovacích operacích

Abstract

Diplomová práce je zaměřena komplexně na kvalitu povrchové vrstvy. Detailněji jsou zpracována drsnost povrchu, zbytková napětí, mikrotvrdost a metalografie. Dále jsou zpracovány zpevňovací technologie Shot peening a Laser peening a dosavadní poznatky o jejich vlivu a možnosti aplikace na titanové slitiny, zejména na nejrozšířenější slitinu Ti-6Al-4V. Předmětem experimentální části je analýza kvality povrchové vrstvy lopatkové součásti axiálního kompresoru turbovrtulového motoru bez aplikace zpevňovací technologie. V dalším kroku je zkoumána kvalita povrchové vrstvy destiček s aplikací zpevňovací technologie Shot peening nebo Laser peening.The main aim of this Master thesis is to provide a complex perspective on quality of the surface layer. The surface roughness, residual stresses, microhardness and metallography are analyzed into detail. Furthermore the strengthening technology Shot peening and Laser peening within their effects and possible applications for titanium alloys, particularly the most common alloy Ti-6Al-4V, are described. The experimental part of the thesis focuses on analysis of quality of the surface layer of vane axial compressor component turboprop engine without the application of reinforcing technology. In next step quality of the surface layer plate with application of the strengthening technology Shot peening and Laser peening is explored.
