Abstract
Předmětem práce je konstrukční návrh řadící spojky pro převodovky využívající centrální synchronizací otáček. Za účelem testovaní je návrh realizován záměnou původní synchronizační spojky 3. a 4. rychlostního stupně sériové převodovky MQ200. Dále je součástí práce popis výroby a montáže navržené řadící spojky do sériové převodovky a ověření její funkce řazením rychlostních stupňů na zkušebním stanovišti. V poslední části práce je obsažena studie, zkoumající potenciál navržené řadící spojky pro zkrácení zástavbové délky původní převodovky.
Subject of thesis is engineering design shift clutch for transmissions with central synchronising device. For the purpose of testing is realized by replacing the original synchronizing clutch 3rd and 4th gear serial gearbox MQ200. Next part of this thesis is a description of manufacture and installation gear clutch into serial transmission and verify of its function shifting gears on test stand. The last part contains study which investigate the potential of the designed shift clutches for shortening the installation length of the original transmission.
