Projekt administrativní budovy výrobního areálu v Ralsku

Abstract

Cílem bakalářské práce je projekt novostavby administrativní budovy výrobního areálu. Areál je rozdělen na dva objekty, administrativní budovu a výrobní halu. Konstrukční systém administrativní budovy je stěnový. Stěny jsou z keramických tvárnic a stropní konstrukce z prefabrikovaných stropních panelů. Konstrukční systém haly je sloupový. Sloupy jsou železobetonové prefabrikované, nosnou část střešní konstrukce tvoří železobetonové prefabrikované vazníky s ocelovými vaznicemi. Objekt se nachází v obci Ralsko v Libereckém kraji. Prohlubující část práce je zaměřena především na dilatace nosných a kompletačních konstrukcí vlivem rozdílného sedání staveb a účinku objemových změn. Řeší tuto problematiku jednak obecně, ale zejména v návaznosti na projektovanou stavbu.The purpose of this bachelor study is project of a new administrative building for manufacturing facility. The complex consists of two objects, an administrative building and a production hall. The administrative building is built in a structural wall system. The walls are made of ceramics breeze blocks, and the ceiling construction is made from prefabricated ceilings panels. The production hall is built in a column system. The columns are iron-concrete prefabricated, the supporting part of the roof construction is made of iron-concrete prefabricated binders with steel purlins. The manufacturing facility is located in the village of Ralsko in the Liberec region. The detailed part of this study is focused primarily on dilation of complementary and supporting structures with influence on differential subsidence of buildings and the effect of cubic capacity changes. The issue is discussed in general but namely with respect to the projected building.
