Abstract
Autor práce analyzuje ceny vítězných nabídek u veřejných zakázek na stavební práce v případech, kdy zadavatelé požadovali či nepožadovali poskytnutí jistoty. Podružné analýzy se věnují mimořádně nízkým nabídkovým cenám veřejných zakázek a počtu vypsaných víceprací ve statistickém souboru. Výsledkem je zjištění, zda má poskytnutí jistoty vliv na cenu vítězné nabídky.
The author analyzes prices of successful bids for public construction works procurements in cases when the contracting authorities required or did not require providing legal certainty. The subsidiary analyses deal with extremely low bids for public procurements and the amount of the launched additional works in a given set of statistics. Finally, the paper examines if providing legal certainty affects the price of the winning bid.
