Abstract
Předmětem bakalářské práce "Vliv předkovací operace na vlastnosti zápustkového výkovku" je v teoretické části rozdělení kování s důrazem na zápustkové kování a rozdělení a popis hliníkových slitin. V praktické části se práce věnuje experimentu, který zkoumá, jaký vliv má rozložení deformace mezi předkovací a kovací operací při stejné teplotě ohřevu a stejném tepelném zpracování. Tento experiment byl realizován ve společnosti Strojmetal Aluminium Forging s.r.o. .
The subject of the Bachelor thesis "Influence of the first forging operation on properties of die forged part" is concentrated in the theoretical part on subdivision of forging process with focus to die forging, and division and description of aluminium alloys. The thesis in its practical part is dedicated to an experiment, which investigates influence of distribution of deformation between first forging operation and final forging operation at the same heating temperature and the same heating treatment. This experiment was realized in the company Strojmetal Aluminium Forging s.r.o. .
