Implementace paperless technického odbavení na Letišti Václava Havla v Praze

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou technického odbavení letadla. Čtenář se nejdříve seznámí s pojmem technické odbavení letadla, s pozicí handlingového agenta a s náplní jeho práce. Dále je v této práci představen nový systém paperless technického odbavení letadla i s jeho vizualizací uživatelského prostředí a funkcemi. Následuje kapitola zabývající se kalkulací nákladů spojených s implementací tohoto systému. V závěru práce jsou pak zmíněna pozitiva a negativa zavedení tohoto typu technického odbavení letadla.This thesis is about technical aircraft handling. First the reader gets familiar with the term technical aircraft handling and the job description of handling agent. This thesis continues with the introduction of the new paperless aircraft handling system and its visualisation and features. The next chapter devotes to the financial point of view. At the end of this thesis the positives and negatives of that type of aircraft handling are mentioned.
