Abstract
Téma diplomové práce je optimalizace logistického řetězce společnosti Sto, s.r.o. Analýzou SWOT bylo určeno slabé místo logistických procesů. Identifikovaný problém byl analyzován, modelován a optimalizován pomocí disciplín operačního výzkumu, zejména lokační analýzy, teorie grafů, vícekriteriálního rozhodování a teorie zásob. U každé použité disciplíny jsou vysvětleny základní pojmy a principy tak, aby bylo možné zvládnout jednotlivé fáze výpočtu popsané ve čtvrté kapitole. Za hlavní část diplomové práce lze považovat popis 2. fáze, lokační analýzy. Cílem práce je ekonomické zhodnocení navrhovaných řešení a jejich srovnání se současným stavem.
The topic of this master's thesis is optimization of logistics in Sto, s.r.o. By means of a SWOT analysis the weak spot of the logistics processes was determined. The identified problem was analyzed, modeled and optimized with the help of the disciplines of operational research, such as location analysis, graph theory, decision theory and inventory theory. For each discipline used the basic concepts and principles were explained, so that it would be possible to manage all phases of the calculation described in the fourth chapter. The main section of the master's thesis is the description of the second phase, i.e. location analysis. The aim of the thesis is the economic evaluation of the proposed solutions and their comparison with the current state.
