"Human Machine Interface" pro stroje řady SP

Abstract

Diplomová práce řeší problematiku tvorby uživatelských obrazovek spadající do tzv. oblasti HMI. Problematika je prakticky orientovaná na stroje SP 430 společnosti KOVOSVIT MAS a.s.. V teoretické části jsou nejprve popsány jednotlivé hardwarové bloky důležité pro modifikaci a zobrazení HMI uživatelských obrazovek. V následující sekci se práce zabývá požadavky na modifikaci HMI již zmíněných strojů, pomocí nichž je vybrána modifikační metoda. Ta je popsána a zároveň je i uvedeno propojení HMI do PLC. Dále jsou popsány konkrétní mechanismy stroje, pro které je vhodné uživatelskou obrazovkou vytvořit spolu s popisem funkce navržené obrazovky respektive uživatelského/servisního návoduDiploma thesis solves problematic of creation user screens from the HMI field. Problematic is oriented to machine SP made by company KOVOSVIT MAS a.s. As a theoretical part I described individual block of hardware important for modification and visualization of user screens. Next section is about requirements of HMI modifications of the previous machines, which chose the modification method. The method is described and there is also shown the cross-connection of HMI and PLC. There are described the specific mechanisms of the machine, where is necessary to create the user screen together with function description of designed screens (ie. user/service manual).
