Využití CRM systémů v neziskových organizacích

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá využitím CRM systémů v neziskových organizacích. Nejprve je charakterizována nezisková organizace obecně. Jsou definovány problémy, s kterými se musí neziskové organizace potýkat. Následně je v práci řešena otázka, jestli je vhodným řešením pro neziskovou organizaci systém CRM. Z práce vyplynulo, že ano, proto je v praktické části provedena analýza požadavků a implementace CRM Salesforce pro vybranou neziskovou organizaci. V závěrečné části práce je provedeno ekonomické zhodnocení implementace CRM systému. Výstupem práce je funkční implementace systému Salesforce v neziskové organizaci Spolu dětem a zhodnocení využití CRM systémů pro neziskové organizace.

This bachelor thesis is focused on the use of CRM systems in nonprofit organizations. First, there is defined a nonprofit organization. Problems with which nonprofit organizations have to deal are there defined too. The thesis addressed the question of whether the CRM system is suitable solution for a nonprofit organization. Result of evaluation is that CRM is suitable for nonprofit organisation. This is the reason why in the practical part there are an analysis of requirements and implementation of CRM Salesforce for the specific nonprofit organization.In the final part of this thesis is done the economic assessment of the implementation of the CRM system. The outcomes of this thesis are that implementation Salesforce in production for nonprofit organization Spolu dětem and evaluation of usage of CRM systems for nonprofit organizations.
