Práce na dálku se zaměřením na coworking

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá definováním charakteristik práce na dálku a shrnutím jejich vlivu na pracovníky. Dále se tato práce zaměřuje konkrétně na coworking jako jednu z forem práce na dálku. Přibližuje jeho vznik a vývoj, vysvětluje základní myšlenky coworkingu a zpracovává teoretické poznatky v oblasti výhod a nevýhod této formy práce na dálku. Předmětem empirické části je kvalitativní průzkum provedený mezi členy konkrétního coworkingového centra, který zkoumá vliv výhod a nevýhod práce z coworkingového centra a povahu vztahů navazovaných mezi coworkery. Průzkum je proveden pomocí individuálních rozhovorů, které jsou zpracovány pomocí obsahové analýzy. Na základě získaných dat je provedena SWOT analýza služeb coworkingového centra a jsou formulována konkrétní doporučení.This thesis deals with definition of characteristics of teleworking and provides summary of its influence on workers. It also focuses in particular on coworking as one of the forms of teleworking. It gives an insight into origins and development of coworking, explains basic idea of the concept of coworking and elaborates on theoretical findings regarding advantages and disadvantages of this form of teleworking. The focus of empirical part of this thesis is a qualitative survey among members of a specific coworking center. The survey explores the influence of advantages and disadvantages of working from the coworking center and studies the nature of relations formed between coworkers in the center. The survey is carried out using the method of individual interviews and it is processed using content analysis. Based on the findings, the results are a SWOT analysis of services and specific recommendations for the coworking center.
