Metody získávání a výběru zaměstnanců

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá procesy získávání a výběru nových pracovníků do společnosti. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na zpracování informací z odborné literatury v oblastech personálního plánování, získávání a výběru pracovníků. Praktická část je potom zaměřena na analýzu používaných metod získávání a výběru pracovníků v konkrétní společnosti. Pomocí výzkumného šetření je provedena analýza vhodného výběru těchto metod a v závěru práce je podán konkrétní návrh na jejich zlepšení.This bachelor thesis deals with the processes of recruitment and selection of new employees to the company. Bachelor thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part is focused on processing of information from the scientific literature in the areas of human resources planning, recruitment and selection of employees. The practical part is focused on the analysis of the using of methods of recruitment and selection of employees in a particular company. With help of survey research is made an analysis of the appropriate choice of these methods and at the end of this thesis is given a specific proposal how to improve them.
