Integrované řízení projektu pomocí softwaru 4Projects

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá nástroji pro řízení stavebních projektů. Cílem je zhodnocení softwarové podpory, původně britského systému pro podporu spolupráce 4Projects, dále posouzení možného přínosu implementace, analýza využití tohoto systému v české stavební společnosti a stanovení možných problémů a rizik spojených s jeho implementací. První část se zabývá definicemi používaných pojmů v této práci, zhodnocením současné situace v řízení projektů v České republice a porovnáním se zahraničím. Druhá část se věnuje využívání informačních technologií ve stavebnictví, stručnému představení 4Projects a analýze konkurence. Následně je více představen systém 4Projects a jeho funkce, nástroje a účely použití. Na závěr je zhodnoceno využití systému v českém stavebnictví a konkrétně také způsob implementace v české stavební společnosti (krátká případová studie).This thesis deals with software tools for project management in construction. The main subject is evaluation of the online collaboration solution - the originally British system called 4Projects. The purpose is to assess potential benefits of implementation this system in Czech company and some potential problems and risks associated with the system implementation as well. The first part is focused on description of terms used in this work, on evaluation of the current situation in project management in the Czech Republic and on comparison with other countries. The second part is focused on the use of information technologies in construction industry, on a brief 4Projects introduction and on analysis of competitive products. It is followed by detailed description of its tools and functions and finally, the use of the system in the Czech construction industry is assessed. Possibilities of use and some benefits and potential problems and risks associated with the system implementation in the Czech construction company are presented in short case study.
