Analýza rizik při výrobě lisovacího nástroje

Tato práce vznikla ve spolupráci se ŠKODA AUTO a.s., a proto všechny postupy a další věci jsou popsány tak, jak je tomu právě v této společnosti. V práci jsou popsány jednotlivé výrobní i předvýrobní fáze celého vzniku každého lisovacího nástroje pro výrobu plechových dílů karoserie. V jednotlivých fázích jsou vytipována rizika a detailněji popsána. Závěr práce je věnován problematice průhybu lisovacích nástrojů.

This master's thesis has been developed in co-operation with ŠKODA AUTO a.s. and therefore all the processes and other stuff are described according to the facts at this company. In this paper there are described single production and pre-production stages in the creation of press tool. Risks that are identified in every single stage are then explained in detail. In the final part of this thesis there are described deflection problems of press tools.
