Abstract
Bakalářská práce řeší návrh a srovnání několika výpočtových modelů s rozdílnou konstrukcí a rozdílnými požadavky na vlastnosti obvodových stěn. Pro dané modely jsou vypočteny potřeby tepla na ohřev vody, na vytápění, a toto množství je porovnáváno s jednotlivými cenami konstrukce. Zároveň srovnává úspornost energií jednotlivých modelů a z vybraných zdrojů tepla a k nim vypočítaným hodnotám roční spotřeby energií stanovuje návratnost investic.
Bachelor thesis is focused on suggesting and comparing of several calculation models of buildings with different type of construction or different requests for their wall properties. Requests of heat for warming up utility water and heating are calculated and compared with prices of construction. There is also comparison of ability to save energy between models. From chosen types of heating devices and their values of year-safe-ability of energy is specified return of investments.
