Vizualizace diagramů DEMO pro manažery

Abstract

Tato práce se zabývá návrhem alternativní vizualizace metodiky DEMO s ohledem na snadnou pochopitelnost manažery organizací a podniků. Práce v úvodní části stručně popisuje metodiku DEMO. Další část je věnována rešerši existujících nástrojů, jejich vizualizacím a způsobům interaktivní simulace podnikových procesů. V následující analytické části jsou jednotlivé diagramy mezi sebou a s jejich staršími verzemi porovnány a je vyhodnoceno jejich vzájemné provázání a informace, které prezentují. V další části jsou na základě rešerše a analýzy specifikovány požadavky na vytvářenou interaktivní vizualizaci. Další část se zabývá návrhem jednotlivých pohledů vizualizace, tak aby splňovaly specifikované požadavky. Poslední část se věnuje testování úspěšnosti vytvořených vizualizací a závěrečnému vyhodnocení.This thesis deals with the design of alternative DEMO methodology visualizations with respect to ease of understandability for executives of an organizations and companies. In the introductory sections the work briefly describes the DEMO methodology. Next section is devoted to analysis of existing tools, visualizations and methods of interactive business process simulation. In the following part are DEMO diagrams compared to each other and to their older versions. This comparison is evaluated and mutual interconnection between diagrams and presented information is extracted. Next chapter deals with requirements specification for the interactive visualization. The following section deals with the design of individual visualizations (textual and graphical) with respect to the specified requirements. The last section is devoted to success evaluation of the designed visualization using developed prototype.
