Hodnocení investic v prostředí regulované distribuční společnosti

Abstract

Táto diplomová práca sa zaoberá hodnotením ekonomickej efektívnosti investičných akcií regulovanej distribučnej spoločnosti. Teoretická časť je zameraná na reguláciu obecne, cenovú reguláciu a jej realizáciu v oblasti elektro-energetiky v Európskej Únii a Českej republike. Venuje sa metodike stanovenia regulovanej ceny v treťom regulačnom období, popisu ukázateľov hodnotenia ekonomickej efektívnosti investície. Obsahuje spracovaný prehľad vývoja cien za distribučné služby, princíp merných tržieb a ocenenia strát. Praktická časť je zameraná na výpočet merných tržieb a cien za straty. Podstatná časť je venovaná výpočtom ukázateľov ekonomickej efektívnosti zadaných investičných projektov s využitím troch rôznych metód ocenenia predaja elektrickej práce a výkonu. Cieľom práce je teoretické porovnanie možností výpočtu príjmov z predaja elektrickej energie, praktické zhodnotenie investičných akcií a porovnanie získaných výsledkov.This thesis deals with the investments evaluation in the regulated distribution company. The theoretical part is focused on regulation, price regulation and its implementation in the electro-energy sector in the European Union and the Czech Republic. It is dedicated to the methodology for the determination of regulated prices in the third regulatory period. It describes the characteristics of the assessment of economic efficiency investments. It includes an overview of the evolution of prices processed for distribution services, the principle of calculation sales and valuation losses. The practical part is focused on the calculation of the specific marginal revenue and price losses. A significant part is devoted to the calculation of economic efficiency of investment projects using three different methods of valuation sale of electric energy. The goal of this work is the comparison of different types of calculation of the revenue from the sale of electricity and the practical evaluation of investment projects and analysis of the results.
