3D tiskárna s možností výměny tiskových hlav

Abstract

Náplní této bakalářské práce je problematika 3D tisku. Budou zde stručně uvedený možnosti realizace tiskáren, metody 3D tisku a materiály které se používají pro tištěni. Cílem práce je realizace funkční tiskárny na zakladě metody FDM, zesílení její kostry, prozkoumaní možnosti tisku různých materiálů a na zakladě získaných znalosti navrhnout vhodnou tiskací hlavu. Budou také rozebrané a porovnaný mezi sebou metody realizace ohřívací podložky a předložena vlastní varianta. Práce obsahuje popis použitých součástek, konstrukce a programy sloužící k obsluze 3D tiskáren.The bachelor thesis introduces the problems of 3D printing. It provides a brief description of 3D printer realization, as well as materials that can be suitably used for it creation. The main aim of the thesis is to assemble functioning engine using the FDM technology, likewise to strengthen its frame, survey printing approaches of various kinds of materials and on basis of the acquired knowledge to propose the suitable print-head. Also different methods of heating substrates realization is analyzed and compared and as the result of this studies, an offer of own heating substrate version is made. Moreover, the thesis includes the characterization of utilized components, engine construction and the maintenance program description
