Přínosy zavedení elektronického systému pro správu dokumentů

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá přínosy zavedení elektronického systému pro správu dokumentů v konkrétní organizaci. První část popisuje teoretické pojmy z oblasti správy dokumentů a využití DMS systému. Druhá část popisuje praktické přínosy po zavedení DMS systému. Třetí část je zaměřena na analýzu existujících DMS systémů. Praktická část obsahuje studii pro vybranou organizaci. Nejprve je provedena analýza současného stavu, následně jsou definovány požadavky na DMS systém a možnosti jeho využití. Dále je popsáno vybrané řešení a na závěr je proveden odhad nákladů a přínosů.This bachelor thesis focuses on benefits of electronic document management system implementation in a particular organization. The first part of the thesis describes theoretical concepts of document management and utilization of a DMS system. The second part describes benefits of implementation of DMS system. The third part is focused on analysis of existing DMS systems. The practical part of the thesis includes a study focused on implementation of DMS in a particular organization. The first part of the study is focused on analysis of the current state of DMS in the company. Next, the requirements for DMS system are defined and DMS utilization possibilities are outlined. In the last part a particular system selected especially for this organisation is described and costs estimation of system implementation, operation, benefits and maintanance are outlined.
